Accommodation:

Guests stay in a collection of stylish rustic guest cottages set within the estate. In total, there are nine comfortable rooms across four guest cottages. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, most of them en suite.

When booking, guests are allocated a room within a shared cottage. Each cottage offers:

• A shared living room with television and music player

• A garden or terrace area

• A small kitchen with fridge, ideal for preparing tea, coffee or enjoying a cold drink from the honesty bar

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year. Each room also includes a safe deposit box, hair dryer, towels and bed linen. Rooms are available as single or double occupancy.

Please note that if there is no one to share a room with, a single room supplement will apply.

Estate Facilities

Guests are welcome to enjoy a range of leisure facilities during their stay, including:

• Outdoor swimming pool, open daily from 10:00 to 19:00

• Small gym

• Table tennis

• Tennis court

• Basketball court

Meals are served in the main dining room. The guest cottages are approximately a 10 minute walk from the riding centre, and bicycles are available for those who prefer a quicker journey.

Dining and Cuisine

All stays include full board, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily. The cuisine is simple, fresh and local, with an emphasis on seasonal, organic ingredients, many of which are produced on the estate itself.

Upon arrival, guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine per room. Additional wine may be enjoyed throughout the stay and is settled at the end of the visit, with prices starting from approximately €14 per bottle.

Meals:

Breakfast
Freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked bread, cheese, ham and other local produce.

Lunch, served at 13:00
An appetiser followed by a light meal.

Dinner, served at 19:00
Three courses, including a starter, fish or meat main course and dessert.

Vegetarian meals are available on request. Guests with dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten free, allergies or other food preferences must advise at the time of booking. While every effort is made to accommodate special diets, some limitations may apply.

Lounge Bar

Located next to the stables, the lounge bar offers wine, beer and a selection of other beverages. This cosy space features a fireplace and television, making it an ideal place to relax and socialise, particularly during the cooler months.

Wine Estate Experience:

As a wine producing estate, guests are invited to enjoy a curated selection of locally produced wines, including several award winning labels.

Each room receives a complimentary bottle of the estate’s rosé wine as a welcome drink. Guests may choose an alternative wine, with any price difference payable locally.

A variety of wines are available for purchase during the stay, and where permitted by destination country regulations, wines can also be shipped directly to guests’ homes.

Single room supplement
€40 per night

Your package includes shared accommodation, access to onsite facilities, full board (all meals from dinner on arrival day to breakfast on departure day), and the riding lessons listed in your program.

Full board is included in the price shown, but half board is also available on request. Please enquire for the half board rate if preferred.

Flights ‍& Transfers to and from the airport are not included.

Airport Transfer rates are as follows:

• 1-4 people, €125 / one-way (per car)

• 5-8 people, €155 /one-way (per car)

Single room: Private rooms are available for an additional €40 per night. This equals €120 for the short break dressage program (3 nights) and €240 for the dressage week (6 nights). Please note if there is no one available to share a room, a single supplement will be added.

Drinks: there is an honesty bar where you can buy the drinks and you will be charged at the end of the week.

Insurance: We request that you take travel insurance covering medical expenses, injuries, baggage, and personal items for the entire duration of the trip.

Extras to be paid on site:

• Additional private dressage lesson: €140 per person

• Extra private hack with one guide: €140 per person

• Yoga classes (Hatha Yoga): Min 2 people €20 / person. Book upon arrival.

• Wine-tasting: €65/person.

• Massage - 80€ per person - 50 min

This is an excellent destination for families, groups and accompanying non riders, with a wide range of activities available both on the estate and in the surrounding area.

On the Estate:

Guests can enjoy a relaxed and active stay with the following facilities and experiences available on site:

• Massage treatments and yoga lessons, available by prior arrangement

• Wine tasting opportunities featuring the estate’s own Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Aguardente

• The Atlantic coast just 9 km, approximately 6 miles away, offering beautiful beaches and excellent surfing conditions

The nearest international airport is Lisbon International Airport (LIS), offering frequent connections from major European and international cities.

Private airport transfers can be arranged on request. Prices are per vehicle, one way:

Car Rental

Guests wishing to explore the surrounding area between lessons may prefer to hire a car. Rental cars can be arranged independently, and recommendations are available on request.

Bus Travel

Public transport is also an option. You can take a bus from Sete Rios bus station in Lisbon to Lourinhã.

Check in on arrival day is from 16:00 to 19:00.
Guests are welcome to arrive earlier, although rooms may not be immediately available.

The latest check in time is 19:00.
After 19:00, a late check in fee of €10 per hour applies.
